The VC Elite 6th and 8th grade teams played in a three day tournament in Santa Barbara last weekend. The 6th graders won their division with wins over Dream Chasers, Quakes and Ventura Fusion. They even played a game against a 7th/8th grade team that they won. This team is on a roll. The 8th graders finished 3rd losing in the semifinals to a very good 805 team and beating American Eagles in the consolation game. Both teams are peaking at the right time and should be ready for the SGV Invitational next month.
