VC Elite Invades Pauley Pavilion

The day started off like a normal weekend day for our 5th and 7th graders playing basketball double headers in the V League.  Both teams went one and one.  That is when things got interesting......from there they traveled to the campus of UCLA to join the rest of the club at Pauley Pavilion to watch the Lady Bruins play the California Golden Bears.  Not only did the club have great seats but they were also invited to scrimmage at halftime to demonstrate their basketball skills. Here are some photos!  What impressed me the most was not how well they played but how comfortable all the girls were.  They were not at all intimidated by the size of the stadium its bright lights or the large crowd.  They looked like they belong out there!
