                  Coach Steve, Director                    




Steve Devolites
Steve coaches varsity for Royal High School. Prior to that, he was the girls varsity head coach at Monroe High School and coached the Thousand Oaks High School girls basketball varsity team for two seasons from 2013 - 2015.  Prior to that he coached the junior varsity team from 2011-2013 and the frosh soph team from 2009 - 2011.  He ran and coached the Thousand Oaks girls offseason program from 2006 - 2008.  Steve also coached the 8th grade at Los Cerritos Middle School team where he won five middle school championships.  Steve also coached the girls Conejo Travel team for five season where he won four VCYBC championships.  Selected as 2012 Ventura County JV Coach of the Year and 2013 Marmonte League Co-Coach of the year.



               Coach Shannon, Director                  


Shannon Madsen

Shannon is originally from Simi Valley and played basketball from the age of 6. She played for Simi Valley High School and the club team Vikings. She was named First Team All C.I.F.  Shannon was the Varsity Assistant for Simi Valley High for 5 years, 2 years Head Coach, and also coached  middle school and youth levels for over 13 years. Currently, Shannon teaches, coaches, and serves as the Activities & Athletic Director at Valley View Middle School in Simi Valley.

                Coach Jason                 


Jason Kacena

Jason played 4 years at Loyola High School 2006-2010, Mission League Champs 3x, CIF and Southern Section State Runner-up 2009.  Jason graduated in 2014 from California Lutheran University with BS in Exercise Science.  He is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and owner of Crossover Performance and Fitness in Thousand Oaks assisting people of various ages and background improve their health & fitness. Currently Jason is the assistant coach for Thousand Oaks Girl's Varsity, and is the head skills trainer for the basketball program: crossoverpf@gmail.com






                Coach Harry                  

Harry Carbonati

Harry is currently the head varsity coach at Sylmar High school.  Prior to that he was the head coach at Westlake High school Girls reaching the playoffs for this first time in 5 years. Also Coach at Villanova Prep- in his first first season and was 10 and 4 in league and 15 and 9 overall in 2014 -2015.  He was the Moorpark Varsity assistant basketball girls coach (2001-2013) reaching the playoffs all 10 years and was the JV coach of the Year 2011/2012 season.  Harry has twenty plus years coaching experience in youth sports.  Eleven years coaching MHS basketball (girls and boys programs)  Eight years coaching Quakes Basketball (a Conejo club organization) and assisted in coordinating the “Larry Drew Basketball Clinic” at MHS (2008)
