| Tournament Champions |
The VC Elite 6th graders won the Quakes tournament in Ventura last weekend. They won their first game Saturday against Oxnard Swoosh in a defensive battle 16-9. Then cruised to victory against the Dream Chaser scoring over 40 points. On Sunday they beat the host team Conejo Quakes in the morning to make it to the championship game against TVT. The team obviously saved their best for last and cruised to a 20 point win. This team is very balanced and has many weapons on offense. It's fun watching a team like this that has such great chemistry and gets along so well.
