The 6th and 7th grade teams traveled to San Luis Obispo to play in the Summer Splash held at Cuesta College. This is the second year in a row we have played in this tournament and it is becoming one of our favorites. It allows the teams, parents and coaches some time to relax in the beautiful central coast while getting in some games against other clubs that we don't normally play against.
The
6th graders won their division with wins over Selma, LO Grizzlies and Pacific Thunder. This team has played at such a high level for the last year. The hard work they have put in really showed this weekend as they posted decisive victories in all of their games. I am excited to see how this group plays at the next level.

The
7th graders won their division as well with victories over Selma, 3 Ball Pink and the Titans. It was great to see this team come together this weekend after all the injuries they have had. Their shooting on Saturday was about as good as I have ever seen and made it impossible for their opponents to keep up with them. Way to stick with it girls!
