The VC Elite 7th/8th grade team won the annual Lights Out Winter Kick-Off last weekend at Birmingham High School. The team posted victories over the Ventura Wildcats, Conejo Quakes and Pasadena Vikings. The semifinal game went down to the last few seconds when Kelli White hit a three pointer to put VC Elite up by one with five seconds to go to secure the victory. Great job girls!!
